Having trouble accessing your WinVest account? Start by identifying what is preventing you from signing in.

I Forgot My Username

Use Account Recovery from the WinVest sign-in page.

You’ll need access to the email address you used when registering.

I Forgot My Password

Use Account Recovery and enter your username or registered email address.

I Forgot My PIN

A forgotten PIN must be handled through the WinVest Support Center and requires identity verification using your security question and corresponding answer.

I Lost My 2FA Access or Secret Key

If you can sign in, use:

Report an Issue → 2FA Reset

If 2FA prevents you from signing in, use the WinVest Support Center.

My Username and Password Are Correct, But I Still Can’t Sign In

Try these basic troubleshooting steps:

  • Make sure you’re on the official WinVest website.
  • Check your username and password carefully, including Caps Lock.
  • Update your browser.
  • Clear the cookies/cache associated with WinVest or try a private/incognito window.
  • Temporarily disable browser extensions that could interfere with sign-in, CAPTCHA or 2FA.
  • If authenticator codes aren’t working, make sure your device’s date and time are set automatically and resync your authenticator.

If the problem continues, use Account Recovery or contact the WinVest Support Center.
