The Profile Settings page allows you to manage your personal information, Bitcoin wallet address, password, and security PIN.

Keeping this information current helps ensure that your account remains secure and that withdrawals can be processed correctly.

To access this page, select Profile Settings from the menu on the left side of your dashboard.

Account Information

The first section contains your primary account details.

Username

Your username is assigned when your account is created.

This username is used to identify your account throughout the WinVest platform and cannot be changed.

Email Address

Your registered email address is displayed here.

Important: The Profile Settings page notes that email address changes cannot be made directly from this screen. If you need to change your email address, use the Report an Issue page to contact WinVest Support.

Bitcoin Wallet Address

Your Bitcoin wallet address is where withdrawals from WinVest will be sent.

Before requesting your first withdrawal, verify that this address is correct.

‼️ Important: Never save a wallet address unless you’ve verified it is correct. Bitcoin transactions cannot be reversed.

Always double-check your wallet address before saving any changes.

Personal Information

The next section contains your contact information.

Fields include:

Full Name
Phone Number
City
Country

Keeping this information current helps WinVest contact you if assistance with your account is ever required.

Security Information

The Security Information section allows you to update your login credentials.

Password

You may change your account password at any time by entering:

New Password
Retype Password

Choose a strong password that is difficult for others to guess.

Using a unique password that is not shared with other websites is considered a good security practice.

Avoid reusing passwords that you use on other websites.

PIN Code

WinVest also allows you to create or change your account PIN.

The PIN is used as an additional security measure when authorizing certain account actions.

If you change your PIN, be sure to store it somewhere secure.

To complete the update, you’ll be asked to enter:
