Because Bitcoin transactions generally cannot be reversed once sent, careful wallet-address verification is especially important.

If your Account Balance is $0, you may not currently have funds available to withdraw.
Remember that funds already committed to active investments are not the same as funds sitting in your Account Balance.

Pending Withdrawal
Pending Withdrawal displays the amount associated with withdrawal requests that have already been submitted and are still being processed.
If a withdrawal is pending, allow the current processing period before assuming there is a problem.
You can also review withdrawal activity through Transaction History.
Bitcoin Wallet Address
This is the Bitcoin address associated with your withdrawal destination.
Before submitting your request, verify that the address is correct.
Bitcoin withdrawals will be sent to the address used for the withdrawal process, so address accuracy is critical.
Re-Type Wallet Address
WinVest requires you to enter your Bitcoin wallet address again as an additional verification step.
This helps reduce the chance of funds being sent to an incorrect destination.

Bitcoin transactions are designed to be permanent.
Unlike many traditional bank transfers, cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed after they are confirmed on the blockchain.

The amount requested cannot exceed the eligible Account Balance available to you.

After WinVest processes and releases the withdrawal, final receipt depends on:

✔ Bitcoin network conditions
✔ Your receiving wallet provider
This means there are two separate stages:
WinVest Processing
The time required for WinVest to review and release the withdrawal.
Blockchain Processing
The time required for the Bitcoin transaction to receive confirmations and for your wallet provider to recognize the funds.
If your withdrawal remains pending for more than 24 hours, WinVest currently recommends submitting a Report an Issue with your username and withdrawal details.
